All advertising is subject to approval. Advertisements are accepted upon representation that the advertiser and its agency have the right to publish the contents thereof. In consideration of such publica-tion, the advertiser and its agency agree to indemnify and hold The Greater Maple Valley-Black Diamond Chamber Of Commerce (The Chamber) harmless against any expenses by reason of any claims arising out of publication. Advertisers and their agents assume full liability for claims against The Chamber due to ad content. The Chamber reserves the right to edit, revise or reject all or any advertisement without nullifying agreement. The Chamber assumes no responsibility or liability for errors in ad content. Adjustment for errors in advertisements shall not exceed the cost of space occupied. Advertisers requesting credit (net 30 days) are subject to approval and the publisher reserves the right to refuse credit to anyone. In the event it becomes necessary to initiate legal or collection action under the terms and agreements herein, the advertiser agrees to pay all reasonable, attorney’s fees and other expenses sustained by the agency in pursuing such action. This contract shall be governed by the State of Washington; if a court of complete jurisdiction should find any portion of this agreement invalid, the remainder of the agreement shall remain in full force and effect. The client, by having signed and received a copy of this agreement acknowledges its terms and content and agrees to all conditions herein.
