Compensation: $70,000-$85,000 D.O.E. | Salary + Bonus | Benefits

What You’ll Do:

As CAF’s energetic and driven New Business Sales Account Executive, you’ll be the powerhouse behind our growth in an exciting and rapidly expanding territory. We’re looking for a sales dynamo who thrives on the thrill of the hunt (and no, we’re not talking about finding the last donut in the breakroom), enjoys smashing sales goals, and is ready to bring in the wins. If you’re known for your enthusiasm, passion, and relentless drive, this role was made for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Master the B2B Sales Process: You’ll hit the ground running, learning the ins and outs of the Convenience Store and Retail industries both in the U.S. and Europe. Consider yourself the Sherlock Holmes of sales, always uncovering the next big opportunity.
Open New Business Channels: Your mission is to identify and cultivate new opportunities, driving aggressive sales growth in untapped markets. If you love the idea of turning “maybe” into “yes,” then keep reading!
Be the Hunter: Consistent activity to set up initial meetings with key targets will be your daily game. You’ll need to love the chase as much as the close.
Collaborate & Innovate: Work with our team to create and implement fresh strategies for market infiltration and expansion. Got a crazy idea? We want to hear it—after all, we’re in the business of innovation.
Build Relationships: Your interpersonal skills will be crucial in establishing strong, lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders. If you can charm the socks off anyone (figuratively speaking, of course), you’re already ahead of the game.
Drive Results: You’ll need to bring your A-game every day, with a focus on achieving and exceeding company goals. In other words, you’ll be the sales rock star we didn’t know we needed (but can’t live without).

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

A deep understanding of the B2B sales process. Bonus points if you’ve ever explained B2B to your friends at a party (and they actually understood).
The ability to quickly learn, multitask, and adapt in both independent and team settings. If juggling multiple projects is your idea of fun, you’ll fit right in.
Proven experience in account management, strategic sales, and business development.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. If you’ve ever won an argument with a toddler, you’re more than qualified.
A hunter mentality with a love for customer service. If your motto is “leave no lead unturned,” we’re looking for you.
A passion for driving change and achieving results.
A bachelor’s degree is preferred, but your experience speaks volumes! (And no, your degree in “Memeology” doesn’t count, but it might give you bonus points in the office.)
Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check. (Yes, even if you’ve never met a drug test you didn’t like.)
