The pond is stocked and ready for you to reel in the biggest catch! We want to invite you, your family, and your friends to our annual Fathers Day Fishing Derby!
Beginning shortly after 2nd service on the 18th of June, we’ll have a food truck available down at the pond with the derby kicking off at 12:30pm. We are selling tickets in advance for $5/ea (kids 5 and under are free). We don’t want anyone to miss out on this great time to bond with your kids and family and share in a classic Fathers Day experience.
This is NOT just an event for dads… Moms, uncles, aunts, grandparents you are invited too! Bring those significant in your life and make some great memories! No experience needed, no equipment needed, just register and come down and have a great time! (if you have your own equipment, you are welcome to bring it as well) We suggest bringing some chairs, blankets, or whatever you need for a great picnic experience.
Some great prizes will be awarded for the best catches in various categories! We’ll also have volunteers on hand to help with the fish and get things cleaned and ready to cook!
