It is the mission and purpose of the Enumclaw Expo & Event Center and King County Fair to serve diverse communities in and around Washington State by providing an event venue to provide opportunity, entertainment and education. Every year we leverage our resources with 35+ partner groups to provide more than 40,000 hours of direct service to toddlers, teens, adults, seniors and families. Prevention & Intervention programs provide activities and/or guidance that seek to reduce or deter specific or predictable problems. Our goal is to protect the current state of well-being and/or promote desired outcomes or behaviors. Health & Wellness programs help people to be active participants in managing their health and lifestyle. We promote independent living and aging in place by focusing on the mental, physical, emotional and social components of everyday life. Community Connections programs serve as the hub, or gathering place, for the varied and diverse elements of our local society. We enrich our neighborhoods by providing support for groups to develop kinship, positive growth and a cooperative spirit. Emergency Resource Center: We are dedicated to assisting our community to prepare for natural and/or man-made emergencies. We can offer shelter, warmth and sustenance to those who need us the most in the event of a disaster. Perhaps more importantly, we believe that we can better serve our community by helping people be prepared at home and work. during an emergency. .

Our journey in agritourism started with a Dairy Farm. As a first-generation operator, farmer Tim started his dairy business while still completing high school. Our passion for farming, growing, and animals stems from this start. He also developed in us, a love for family, as we celebrate 6 generations of family that have lived in Enumclaw. Tim and Cathy operate the Thomasson Family Farm, along with three daughters, Angela, Mandy and Tia, as well as many grandchildren.
