Sandi Sutton

Biography

Sandi spent 10 years working her way through the ranks of various companies as file clerk, receptionist, administrative assistant, accounting clerk, technical writer, office manager and business manager. In 1993, Sandi ventured out on her own and started a mobile bookkeeping service, "It All Adds Up!" In 2001 she started a plumbing business utilizing her business skills and her husband Jim's plumbing skills. From there Sandi expanded to General Contracting to make her company "One Stop Shopping" for customer convenience. She now has grown to 5 employees and 2 trucks on the road and is currently outgrowing her home office in leaps and bounds. Sandi moved to the greater Maple Valley area in 1968 at the age of 4. She completed grades K-12 at Tahoma, graduating in 1982. She attended University of Washington for a short time. Sandi married, moved to Idaho, and then moved back, and is now raising her children in Maple Valley. Sandi currently works with the Economic Development Committee which is made up of members of the Chamber of Commerce and City of Maple Valley council and staff. She has been able to see Maple Valley in a whole new light and is excited at the changes that are happening. She has enjoyed watching the community grow in the last few years and looks forward to becoming more involved in the near future.
