Jake Fields was born and raised in Black Diamond. His passion for helping people began at a very young age. When Jake was 6 years old, his family moved to Cape Town, South Africa constructing schools to help provide kids with a better life. The passion for helping others was then developed and he knew then that he wanted to help people achieve a better life when he grew up.
Carissa Fields is a Covington native, whose parents still live in her childhood home today. Growing up, her passion was dancing and playing any sport she could. Growing up in the area, some of her favorite memories are skiing the slopes of Crystal Mountain with her family. After graduating Kentwood High School, she went on to become a licensed Massage Therapist and continued on for 10 years as an LMP.
In 2006, Jake Fields was introduced to Advocare at the age of 18. As a young guy who was currently playing college basketball, he quickly felt the benefits of vitamins and supplements and how it improved his performance on and off the courts. Jake has always had a passion to help people on their personal health and fitness journeys, so it was natural for him to share Advocare with friends and family.
Currently Jake and Carissa own/operate two local CrossFit gyms. With the help of their Advocare Nutrition interactive workshops, they have been transforming people’s health and fitness lives around the community for many years.
The Fields family live in Black Diamond with their 2-year-old daughter and enjoy helping others everyday to achieve a healthier lifestyle. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, gain muscle, or improve your overall health, Jake and Carissa are here to help you! Is today the day you take charge of your health?
