Allow me to introduce our newest member of The Chamber of Commerce, Kathryn Thelen. She is joining us as the Chamber's new Administrative Assistant. Kathryn has many years' experience as an Assistant. She is integrating into the workplace after staying at home with her children for several years. Kathryn loves the Maple Valley/Black Diamond area and is an active community member. Her involvement has included helping at Maple Valley's Make a Difference Day, volunteering with Vine Maple Place and serving as a Silent Auction Co-Chair for Glacier Park Elementary's PTSA Silent Auction. Kathryn is diving right in to learn as quickly as possibly how to serve our members. She looks forward to getting to know each of the Chamber members, and how to serving you in the future. Please wish Kathryn a warm welcome the next time you speak with her. read more
